There are many documents that are referred to as ‘legal’, some of those can also fall in the category of financial translations. Some of the most common legal translations we perform for our clients are:
- Summons / bailiff’s writ / warrants
- Court rulings
- Legal documentation
- Terms and Conditions
- Annual accounts
The Right Translator provides translations for many different legal disciplines, including
- Labour law
- Consumer law
- European law
- Bankruptcy law
- Family law
- Personal injury law
- Patent law
- Business law
- Private law
Of course, your documents will be treated confidentially – all our translators are bound by our confidentiality statement. At your request, an additional confidentiality agreement can also be signed, depending on your requirements.
If you need a sworn translation of your document, let us know in your request – this way we can immediately look for the right translator for your project.
CAT-tools and translation memories
For all translations, including legal translations, our translators use the newest technology By using specialist translation software (CAT tools), our teams always maintain an overview even in large legal documents. In addition, the software also ensures consistent terminology: you can even provide your own terminology list so that you can be even more certain that the jargon isn’t gibberish.
In addition to consistent terminology, CAT tools also ensure that we can use translation memories. Previously translated texts are securely stored there for use in subsequent translations. In other words, if you provide a legal document that closely resembles a previous translation, you can expect a substantial discount for identical texts.
